Position Overview:
Reporting to a senior leader, the Senior Project Manager plays a key role in overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously, primarily within the Greater New Haven region. Drawing on extensive industry expertise, the Senior Project Manager ensures that all project milestones are achieved on time and within budget, while consistently delivering exceptional client service. This role involves collaboration within a team environment and may include the supervision and direction of team members.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience in the building construction sector
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in Construction Management, or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of contractual documents, plans, specifications, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Procore, MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and MS Project
- Experience with accounting software like Sage 300 CRE is a plus
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed project decisions
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and training
- OSHA 10 Certification, with OSHA 30 Certification to be obtained within six months of hire
